Terms of service

Fiindr turns chart screenshots into educational trade plans. It is provided as is, for people aged 18 or over. We may change or stop features at any time.

Nothing in Fiindr is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Read the risk disclosure.

• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You keep ownership of the screenshots you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or abuse the service, for example by automating scans beyond your plan limits.

• Pro is billed monthly and renews until you cancel in the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals.
• Founder Lifetime was a limited one-time offer and is no longer sold. Existing lifetime members keep access for as long as the service operates.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may be adjusted to keep the service fair and sustainable.

To the extent the law allows, Fiindr is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
