Privacy policy

• Account details: your email, name if you sign in with Google, and your plan.
• Your trade settings: account size, risk per trade, trading style and goal, used to size positions.
• Chart screenshots you upload, and the plan generated from them.
• Product usage events, such as scans started, so we can improve the service.

To run scans, show your history, take payments, prevent abuse and improve accuracy. We do not sell your data.

• Infrastructure providers: authentication, database, file storage and hosting.
• Analysis providers: trusted third-party services that help us read your screenshot and build the plan. Your screenshot is shared with them for that purpose only.
• Market data providers: live prices, using only the symbol and timeframe.
• Stripe: payments. We never see your card number.
• Analytics and monitoring providers: product usage and error reporting.

On this website we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us, so we can keep improving it. It sets cookies on your device and sends usage information to Google. We do not use it to identify you.

The first time you visit, we let you know about this with a short note. You can turn analytics off at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of any page, and you can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

You can delete your scans, or ask us to delete your account and all of its data, by emailing support@fiindr.io. Chart images are stored privately and are only available to you.
